dmDickasonHR appointment w/ potential client
Once received, a dmDickasonHR New Client Development Representative will immediately contact Company President for a confidential (initial) fact-finding appointment to discuss our program and rates. Typically, we like to have two subsequent meetings (total of 3) with you and designated department heads. Sorry, we must talk to the person authorized to make Company financial decisions. (no staff employees initially). Initial Meeting 1

Step 3
Client Services Agreement
If you feel that our services (PEO or ASO) are in your best interest, a Client Services Agreement will be discussed in detail, including rates, terms, responsibilities and liabilities of both parties. Meeting 2.
Step 4
Follow-Up to meeting above Q&As / obtain missing Underwriting Info
Candid discussion of any/all Client questions and/or concerns. Agree to terminate further discussion or return for a signed Client Services Agreement (CSA) within 30 calendar days after this meeting. This underwriting process will have to be repeated if CSR is not signed within 30 days of dmDickasonHR’s initial presentation of a formal written proposal.
Step 5
dmDickasonHR Business Advisor & Payroll Processor assigned to Client
Immediately after CSR is signed and approved, a dmDickasonHR Business Advisor will be assigned to your Company to initially conduct a new employee registration and orientation on all staff. If desired, dmDickasonHRs Payroll Supervisor or Accountant will visit you to introduce our payroll process and invoice payment program. You are also free to visit our facilities and meet with our staff at anytime between M-F, 8-5.
Workers’ Compensation Insurance Coverage will apply after a new employee has provided all necessary new hire documentation and is property entered into dmDickason’s computer/payroll system and receives a new employee number
