Terms & Conditions:
1. Once you submit your referral below (in full) we will contact them directly. Please inform the referral that our President, Martha Dickason will be contacting them upon 24 hours after your submittal.
2. If your referral is accepted, and a one-year Client Services Agreement is signed by both parties (consisting of our full suite of services), you will receive 1/12th of the total referral reward following our new client’s full payment on their first monthly payroll ( indicated above), The balance of your reward will be paid in equal 1/12th increment payments over the following 11 months of the first year only. All client invoices from dmDickasonHR must be paid in full. This Agreement will be null and void following the final reward payment following the twelfth consecutive month as a client.
3. Should our new client (your referral) terminate their CSA with dmDickasonHR at any time/any month prior to completing a one year initial commitment as a dmDickasonHR client, further payments to you will also terminate and this agreement is null and void.
4. If applicable, a Referral Reward will be paid to the first person or entity (Date and Time) completing and sending the Referral form below.

  • Qualified business referrals are required to sign a minimum one-year Client Services Agreement (CSA) utilizing dmDickasonHR’s full suite of PEO services consisting of HR and Payroll Administration, Employee Benefits administration management, Worker’s Compensation, Safety and Risk Management Services, and Unemployment Claims Processing. Perhaps a PEO is not a good fit for your referral? Signed Client Service Agreements (CSA) providing tailored ASO (Administrative Services Only) services and pricing may also qualify for a Referral Reward. Minimum of 7 full-time employees. Contact us below. We value you and your referrals’ privacy. Official Program Rules will be provided upon your request reasonably made within 3 days following your Referral/Dickason’s first meeting (and it is established that your client represents a bona-fide & qualified referral for this program).
