What is Co-Employment?

Co-Employment is a written/contractual arrangement between the Client and dmDickason  that allows dmDickason to provide a  full range of services and to transfer or share select employer liabilities.  Simply, dmDickason administers your back office responsibilities and assumes some of your liability in these areas.

Each party is responsible for certain employment obligations, and each party shares responsibility for other employment obligations.

These responsibilities are clearly defined in our Client-PEO Services Agreement called a “CSA” Workers become employees of two employers

The client retains supervision for the day-to-day activities and responsibilities of running their business while dmDickason assumes many of the responsibilities for Human Resources, including Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment Claims Administration.
